MLS Commissioner Don Garber on Tuesday fulfilled an 18-year quest by the league to land a second team in New York as New York City FC were officially unveiled to the world as the 20th team in MLS history.
So what comes next when in the league's expansion plans? Who are the frontrunners for No. 21?
"Right now we're just going to take a deep breath," Garber told media on a Tuesday conference call. "There's still a lot of activity going on in a lot of different markets.

"There's activity in Miami, there's activity in Orlando, Atlanta and a handful of other places," continued Garber. "But right now we're very focused on getting NYCFC up and launched and in the time to come we'll figure out what comes next for us."
New York City FC, jointly owned by Manchester City and the New York Yankees, are slated to begin MLS play for the 2015 season and Manchester City CEO Ferran Soriano says the club will play in a temporary stadium while the club pursues a new permanent home.
