AT&T Goal of the Week: Week 9
With one day left to vote, the AT&T MLS Goal of the Week award for Week 9 is still up for grabs. But the odds are tilted towards two of the league's highest-octane Designated Players.
As of Thursday morning, Seattle Sounders star Obafemi Martins holds a modest lead over Toronto FC's Sebastian Giovinco, with Martins at 42.10 percent of votes cast vs. 30.59 percent for his Italian adversary.
Charlie Davies' diving header sits in third place with 18.32 percent, followed by the FC Dallas duo of Mauro Díaz and Fabián Castillo at 5.02 percent and 3.97 percent, respectively.
