Diego Fagundez ties appearance record for New England Revolution; here are the all-time leaders for every club

Over the course of 10 seasons with the New England Revolution, midfielder Diego Fagundez has set his fair share of records: first Homegrown in Revs history, the first Homegrown field player to log 10,000 minutes in MLS and youngest player to record 100 appearances and 25 goals in league history.

When Fagundez stepped on the pitch Wednesday for the 261st time, he added another accomplishment to that list: tying Shalrie Joseph’s all-time appearance record for the Revs.

Fagundez has featured in 18 matches in the 2020 season, eight from the start, and if he plays in New England’s match against D.C. United on Sunday, Fagundez will break the club record for all-time appearances.
