2019 MLS Regular Season – Week 25
FC Dallas vs. Houston Dynamo

The Houston Dynamo are in the driver's seat to capture El Capitán for the third time in four years while FC Dallas would love a decisive home win in the Texas Derby for back-to-back years of bragging rights as Heineken Rivalry Week heads to Frisco Sunday night.
FC Dallas (10-10-7) will look to build on momentum from a historic draw at Stade Saputo in Week 24 where they became just the 15th team in MLS history to rally from a three-goal deficit to earn a tie. Trailing 2-0 at halftime following a Lassi Lappalainen first-half brace, Orji Okwonkwo made it 3-0 in the 56th minute. Three minutes later, Zdenek Ondrasek provided the comeback spark, which was fully lit on goals by Reto Ziegler and Ryan Hollingshead in the final five minutes.
Albeit less dramatic, the Dynamo (9-13-4) also needed to rally in the second half to secure a 2-2 draw with the Colorado Rapids at BBVA Stadium Saturday. Diego Rubio struck twice to give the visitors a two-goal lead at the break, but Mauro Manotas responded with a pair of goals after the restart in Davy Arnaud's debut as interim coach.
This is the second meeting this season with the Dynamo claiming a 2-1 home victory May 4 as Manotas was again the hero with two goals before Dominique Badji made things close in the 87th minute.
