Major League Soccer has fined Inter Miami CF and head coach Guillermo Hoyos undisclosed amounts, and suspended Hoyos for one match, for the club’s repeated violation of the League's Late Kickoff Policy.
MLS's Late Kickoff Policy states that all clubs must be on the field and ready to play at the scheduled kickoff of the first and second half. MLS clubs and head coaches are subject to escalating fines and a head coach suspension for repeated violations, as outlined in the League policy.
Hoyos will serve his suspension during Inter Miami's home match against CF Montréal on Saturday, August 29.
