The league's 2018 goal king, and record breaker for goals in a season, received his Golden Boot on Thursday from a special guest: Atlanta Braves star, and Venezuelan compatriot, Ender Inciarte.

Martinez scored 31 goals this season, shattering the league's previous single-season record of 27. His Atlanta United fell just short of the Supporters' Shield and are gearing up for leg one of the Conference Semifinals against NYCFC in the Audi 2018 MLS Cup Playoffs.
