The MLS Disciplinary Committee has issued a fine to two players and one team, and warned an additional team, following the conference semifinal round of the Audi 2017 MLS Cup Playoffs.
Toronto FC-New York Red Bulls mass confrontation

The Disciplinary Committee has found both the New York Red Bulls and Toronto FC in violation of the league's mass confrontation policy in the teams' match on November 5. Since it is the Red Bulls' second violation in 2017, they will be issued a fine, as will head coach Jesse Marsch. This is Toronto's first violation of the season, so they will be issued a warning.

Toronto FC forward Jozy Altidore has been deemed guilty of simulation/embellishment by the Disciplinary Committee during the November 5 match against the Red Bulls. Altidore has been fined an undisclosed amount.

The Disciplinary Committee has also found Houston Dynamo forward Erick "Cubo" Torres guilty of simulation/embellishment, during a game against the Portland Timbers on November 5. Torres has been fined an undisclosed amount.
