The transfer saga surrounding FC Dallas Homegrown standout Bryan Reynolds could be nearing an end according to a Thursday report from Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano.
Per Romano, Italian giants Juventus are set to officially sign the 19-year-old fullback. Reynolds will reportedly join Serie A side Benevento on loan until June and join Juventus next season, as league rules prevent Juventus from bringing in another non-EU signing into their squad this season.
Two other teams have been most prominently linked to Reynolds other than Juventus, AS Roma and Belgian side Club Brugge, with Juventus reportedly emerging as the frontrunners according to previous reports. Should it finally get over the finish line, it would mark the culmination of Reynolds' meteoric rise that saw him take over the starting job following the departure of Reggie Cannon to Portuguese side Boavista last September and emerge as one of FC Dallas' standout performers.
Reynolds started 14 games for FC Dallas in 2020, dishing out three assists across 1,267 minutes while establishing himself as one of the league's best fullbacks, leading to the emergence of overseas suitors.
