Sunday afternoon games in the Bronx are turning into must-see TV.
After a wild 4-4 draw against Toronto FC two weeks ago, New York City FC faced off with Orlando City SC on Sunday and, amazingly, the same amount of goals were scored.
This time NYCFC fans walked away a little bit happier. Despite a hat trick from rookie sensation Cyle Larin, NYCFC walked away with a 5-3 win behind two goals from David Villa and three assists from Kwadwo Poku. Oh and some guy named Andrea Pirlo made his MLS debut.

GK: Tyler Deric (Houston Dynamo) - Made three important saves in Houston's 3-0 win over the previously dangerous LA Galaxy attack.
D: Chris Korb (D.C. United) - Set up two goals on pinpoint crosses in United's 3-2 comeback win over the Union.
D: Laurent Ciman (Montreal Impact) - After capping yet another defensive masterclass with a clutch game-winning header, the Belgian strolls into this team as elegantly as he makes his occasional forays into midfield.
D: David Horst (Houston Dynamo) - Virtually shut down the Keane and Gerrard show in the Dynamo's win over the Galaxy.
M: Mauro Rosales (Vancouver Whitecaps) - The old man had a few tricks up his sleeve against the Quakes on Sunday night, contributing a goal and an assist in a 3-1 win.
M: Kwadwo Poku (New York City FC) - Three assists and plenty of box-to-box midfield labor on both sides of the ball in a smashing NYCFC win. Is he a No. 6? A No. 8? A No. 10? Looks like “all of the above” right now.
M: Kellyn Acosta (FC Dallas) – Scored to complete another beautifully executed counterattack and also set up Barrios’ first. The two youngsters looked very dangerous in a win over Portland.
M: Michael Barrios (FC Dallas) – Sent Dallas on their way with two-first half goals, the first on a clinically finished counter. Had Timbers’ defenders spinning in circles all night.
F: David Villa (New York City FC) – Two goals and an assist in NYCFC's 5-3 win over Orlando are the proof on paper. But fans should be just as thrilled by the ferocious intensity he applied to every aspect of his job on Sunday.
F: Sebastian Giovinco (Toronto FC) - We should just leave a spot open for the Atomic Ant every week at this point. His incredible volley started TFC's rally back to a 3-3 draw in Columbus.
F: Cyle Larin (Orlando City SC) - Notched the eighth hat trick by a rookie in MLS history, and with nine goals on the year, he's bearing down on Damani Ralph's rookie scoring record of 11 goals, set in 2003. Three strikes showcasing his diverse toolkit, though the third was the real peach.
Coach: Oscar Pareja (FC Dallas) - Despite the absences of some key players, El Profe has led his team to five consecutive wins behind a young core.
