For the first time this season and the first time since last September 1, Toronto FC starting goalkeeper Alex Bono started on the bench in Week 7 in Seattle.
The 24-year-old 'keeper was replaced by 32-year-old Quentin Westberg, who was acquired by Toronto FC during the offseason.
It marked the MLS debut for Westberg, who spent the entirety of his career in France before making the move to MLS.
Born to an American father and French mother, Westberg opted to represent the USA and featured on several youth national team age groups.
Westberg made two saves in his first match, but he also allowed three goals as Toronto FC suffered their first loss 3-2.
