Over the past week or so we've been checking out Spotify playlists from MLS players, on Mitchell & Ness' new channel on the service. So far, we've seen warm-up, hype-type mixes from the likes of Gyasi Zardes, Graham Zusi, Brek Shea, Ray Gaddis, Sean Davis, and Khiry Shelton.
But today, we're looking at a collection from Nat Borchers, which is literally called "Nat's Eclectic Beard Mix." The facial hair really makes the man's brand image!
So what does he choose to spin? No surprise there are lots of beard-friendly rock jams courtesy of legends like Eric Clapton and Led Zeppelin, along with alt-1990s names like Pearl Jam and Candlebox. But would you be surprised to find out Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch are on there? Or R&B group 112? Or indie-poppers Passion Pit? Nah, right? That's the kind of varied taste we'd expect from our fan favorite Nat, no?
