Voting for the AT&T 2020 MLS Goal of the Year and MLS Save of the Year presented by Allstate is underway. Here's a look at the top five vote-getters in each category as of November 16.
AT&T 2020 MLS Goal of the Year
Top 5 listed in alphabetical order:
- Jakob Glesnes (PHI)
- Erik Hurtado (SKC)
- Darlington Nagbe (CLB)
- Andy Polo (POR)
- Carlos Vela (LAFC)
Starting with the early portions of the 2020 season, a Week 1 chip from LAFC's Carlos Vela and a Week 2 free-kick thunderbolt from Philadelphia's Jakob Glesnes are in the running.
There's also a pair of volleys, with Portland's Andy Polo and Sporting's Erik Hurtado both picking out the top corner with right-footed strikes after lofted-in service. Another stunner came via Columbus midfielder Darlington Nagbe, who rifled home a long-range blast after some nifty juggling.

- Eloy Room (CLB)
Andre Blake, the 2020 Allstate MLS Goalkeeper of the Year, is among the leaders for a full-stretch stop that helped Philadelphia ultimately lift the Supporters' Shield. There's also a double save from Portland's Steve Clark at the MLS is Back Tournament, which includes a penalty-kick denial of Javier "Chicharito" Hernandez.
Atlanta's Brad Guzan is in contention after a double-save sequence against Southeast rivals Orlando City SC, while Columbus goalkeeper Eloy Room did the same against the Lions. For one more: Seattle's Stefan Frei is among the leaders after denying the Rapids a surefire goal.
