MLS Homegrown Game: 2015
PROFESSIONAL
2018: Scored two goals in 16 regular season games, including six starts, and 580 minutes… Named to the MLSsoccer.com Team of the Week for week 10, following his brace against New England… Became the first Homegrown player to reach 50 career games with the Impact in MLS on May 27, in Minnesota… Also started one Canadian Championship game and the Impact’s friendly game against Ottawa Fury FC, of the USL, on September 7.
2017: Finished second on the Impact with nine regular season goals and tied for fourth with four assists… Recorded three game-winning goals and three braces… Appeared in 21 games, including 11 starts, and 1,137 minutes… Selected to the MLSsoccer.com Team of the Week for week 24… Won the AT&T Goal of the Week for week 7… Selected three times as the Videotron Player of the Game…Registered one goal and two assists in two Canadian Championship games, including one start… Signed a two-year deal, with an option for 2020, with the Impact on September 14.
2016: Played seven regular season games, including one start, and 171 minutes of play, scoring his first career MLS goal on March 12 against the New York Red Bulls… Appeared in the international game against A.S. Roma on August 3 at Stade Saputo… Led FC Montreal with nine goals and two assists in 15 games and 1,117 minutes of USL play.
2015: Part of the team that reached the Concacaf Champions League Final against Mexican club América… Appeared in eight games in his second MLS season… Played in the 2015 MLS Homegrown Game on July 28 against Club América’s U20 team at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park in Colorado… Scored his first career professional goal on August 12 against Vancouver in the first leg of the Amway Canadian Championship, also taking part in two games during the tournament… Also scored two goals in four USL games, including three starts, with FC Montreal.
2014: Became the seventh Academy product to sign a pro deal in MLS, on August 1… Made his MLS debut on August 2 at Stade Saputo against Toronto FC and played a total of four games, including one start, in his first MLS season… Featured in one Concacaf Champions League game… Also recorded three goals and one assist in five MLS Reserve League starts.
INTERNATIONAL
Has recorded three goals and two assists in nine games, including three starts, with the Canadian national team… Played three games in the 2017 Concacaf Gold Cup… Made his senior debut in a friendly game against Mauritania on October 6, 2016… Scored his first international goal on January 22, 2017, in a friendly against Bermuda… Played five games for the Canadian U23 national team, including four starts, in the 2015 Concacaf Olympic Qualifying Tournament in October… Also played two games with the Canadian U20 national team in the 2013 U20 Concacaf Championships in Mexico.
ACADEMY
Joined the Impact Academy in 2010, playing for the U21s before the team entered the PDL and evolved into the U23 side… Helped the Impact U21s reach the Canadian Soccer League final in 2012… Scored two goals in three MLS Reserve League games in 2012 and also played one MLS Reserve League game in 2013… Scored four goals in six PDL games with the Impact U23 in 2014.

Son of Marco Rodriguez Jackson and Christine Hamel… His father was born in the Dominican Republic while his mother is from Quebec… His grandfather, Jean-Yves Hamel, was an organist for the Quebec Nordiques… Fluent in French and in English.
