A highly touted U.S. Youth National Team prospect, Raines most recently played in the USL Championship for El Paso Locomotive. Prior to playing with El Paso, Raines was a member of the Barcelona Academy in Arizona, which he joined in 2018. Prior to his MLS debut, Raines was a mainstay in the Dynamo Dos midfield that made their first MLS NEXT Pro playoff run in 2022.
