Clark joined Minnesota United at the start of the MLS’ Primary Transfer Window. He joined MNUFC for multiple training sessions during summer 2023 before officially joining the club. The Minnesota native spent time with Red Bull Leipzig of the German Bundesliga. The 20-year-old was loaned out to Danish side Vendsyssel FF until December 31, 2023.
Born in Medina, Minnesota, the midfielder joins MNUFC after spending four years within the Red Bull network of soccer clubs, most recently on loan with the New York Red Bulls (Major League Soccer) from RB Leipzig (German Bundesliga). The Minnesota native joined the New York Red Bulls in 2020, where he has made 47 MLS regular-season game appearances, scoring seven goals while providing seven assists.
While in New York, Clark has also featured for Red Bulls II, the club’s second team that currently competes in MLS NEXT Pro action, previously in the USL Championship. With Red Bulls II in USL competition from 2020-2022, he made 17 game appearances and tallied four goals.
In Clark’s youth, he played for the Minnesota Thunder Academy from 2015-2017 before competing on behalf of the FC Barcelona Residency Academy in Arizona from 2017-2020.
INTERNATIONAL: Â The attacking midfielder currently represents the United States at the youth level. He most recently competed with the U20 team and has since made 11 game appearances since 2021 with the U20s. Clark was notably a contributing member of the squad that won the 2022 U20 Concacaf Championship, therefore helping the United States qualify for the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, France, and the 2023 FIFA U20 World Cup.
