Fritz Volmar

Fritz Volmar takes the next step in St. Louis CITY’s development system by making the jump to St. Louis CITY2 after playing on the St. Louis CITY SC U17 academy team in 2021 as a defender. Volmar will still be eligible to split his time between St. Louis CITY’s academy roster and St. Louis CITY2 squad for the 2022 season.

Volmar grew up in Peoria, Ill., previously playing for several local clubs including FC Peoria, Morton Blaze Soccer Club, Central Illinois United and Saint Louis FC Academy before making his debut for St. Louis CITY SC’s U-17 team in 2021.
