Roberts, a Toronto FC academy product who trained with LAFC in the 2018 preseason, is expected to bring depth and competition to the club's goalkeeping corps.

INTERNATIONAL: Made his senior debut for Canada in a friendly against Puerto Rico on March 30, 2015. Also represented Canada in the 2011 FIFA U-17 World Cup, where he earned international fame for scoring a goal from his own half against England in a 2-2 draw.

OUTSIDE MLS: Featured for Toronto FC II and the Wilmington Hammerheads in the USL. Signed for the Woodbridge Strikers of League1 Ontario following his departure from TFC at the end of the 2016 season and was named the league's Goalkeeper of the Year in 2017.
