Bastian Schweinsteiger wasted no time in letting MLS and Chicago Fire fans know he will make an impact for his new team in his new league.
The German legend opened his MLS account in his debut with the Fire on Saturday afternoon at Toyota Park, with Chicago hosting the Montreal Impact. Schweinsteiger powered home a header off a David Accam cross to give the Fire a 1-0 lead in the 17th minute. Check out this beauty:
